RemitPK Privacy Policy

Effective 5 July 2026

RemitPK compares money-transfer rates to Pakistan. We built it to collect as little as possible — the app has no accounts, no sign-up, and never handles your money.

What we collect

• A random device identifier (a UUID generated on your device, not tied to your identity, Apple ID, or hardware) and, if you enable alerts, your alert preferences (currency corridor and target rate) plus a push notification token so we can notify you when your target rate is reached.

What we never collect

• Your name, email, phone number, or any account information.
• Your transactions. Logging a send in "My sends" stays on your device only and is never uploaded.
• Your location, contacts, photos, or browsing history.
• Analytics or advertising identifiers. There are no third-party trackers or ad SDKs in the app.

How we use it

Alert preferences and push tokens are used solely to deliver the rate notifications you asked for. Nothing is sold, shared, or used for advertising.

Third parties

Tapping a provider's name opens that provider's own website in an in-app browser; from that point their privacy policy applies. Rate data is fetched from providers' public pricing and involves no personal data.

Data retention & deletion

Deleting an alert in the app deletes it from our server. Deleting the app removes everything on-device; any registered push token becomes inert and is purged from our systems within 30 days.

Children

RemitPK is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
